Whether you want to enhance your promotional offerings or sell branded coasters as retail products, you've come to the right place. Our minimum opening order is $60, or 12 coasters, with each style sold in cases of 6.

With shipping costs always on the rise, we aim to both share these costs and try to offset them with a quantity incentive. Shipping is always $9.95 - whether you order our minimum of 12 coasters, or 100, or more, you’ll only pay this one low rate. The more you order, the cheaper the effective cost.

While we do maintain a small inventory to expedite large orders or busy times of year, we generally operate on a made-to-order basis. Our typical lead time from order confirmation to ship date is 5-10 days, but may take a little longer for large orders, custom orders, or during pre-holiday season in the fall. But, don't worry - if we expect to need more time to prepare your shipment, we'll let you know the lead time required at the time you place the order.

We do not offer formal exclusivity agreements, but we prefer to keep a small presence in any given market. As a general guide, we aim to sell our coasters in no more than 1 or 2 shops per population of 50,000 people. This ensures that our products remain a unique and surprising find for your customers. We also sell on multiple platforms, so there is unfortunately a small potential for some occaional local overlap.

We also do not offer exclusivity on the sale of any of our in-house product designs (e.g., coasters, keychains, etc.), including "custom" designs that we produce for a requesting retailer, or for local areas, features, attractions, or others. Any original artwork supplied to us by purchasers, brands, clients, etc., however, is considered theirs alone and is exclusive to them, and we will never sell products using that artwork to any other party.

If there are any problems with your order, or a product arrives damaged, please let us know and we’ll get a replacement sent right away! All issues must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted only on opening orders. Picked a coaster style that just isn’t selling? We’ll let you select a different one within 90 days of purchase. Preauthorization is required, and all shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Damaged or shopworn items will not be accepted. Final appraisal of item condition is at the sole discretion of Sugarhouse Leather.
